You design your home directly with the manufacturer. As your general contractor, we help you choose the right model, coordinate delivery and set, and oversee the site work turnkey.

Preconstruction Agreement
We come to your site. Detailed planning, limited design customization, and full code compliance for your specific location. You choose selections and confirm your design, and we deliver stamped, engineered plansets ready for your permits.
0312–16 weeks
Construction & Delivery
The exciting final stage: building, shipping, and setting your unit on-site. We bring your project's vision to life.
Our goal is to meet these timelines, but we'll always do our best to communicate clearly about potential permit, building, or site delays.

Our Primary Method
Modular, built indoors. Set on your site.
Modular is the path we recommend for most projects. Entire rooms and sections are fully built, finished, and inspected indoors in a factory, then shipped as complete modules and set on your foundation. Most of the construction happens under controlled conditions, so the on-site work is mainly foundation, utilities, set, and final connections.
